BUILD is FaithTech London's annual hackathon, bringing together technologists from across the UK who are passionate about the intersection of faith and innovation.

Every October, developers, designers, product managers, and creative thinkers gather in London for a weekend to work on challenges that matter. This year we're at Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, one of the UK's most iconic innovation hubs.

The format is simple: each team of around 10 people works alongside a charity or ministry on a real problem. Over 30 hours you build a new feature, develop a prototype, or exploring how emerging technology could serve a ministry in a completely new way.

BUILD is more than a hackathon. It's a space where our love for Jesus meets our technical skills, where we gather as a community to build technology that redeems, restores, and reflects God's kingdom.

Past projects have raised funding and launched as products serving communities across the UK and beyond. The weekend is the spark. The work keeps going.

Challenges

Create projects are where we put our faith into action. Our volunteer teams build solutions to real-world problems, using the unique skills God has given us, to contribute to something bigger than ourselves.
